It finally the end of projects, and in about a week or so, I'll be done and dusted with Poly life. 3 more papers to go, Intergrated Marketing Communications, Quality Management and Destination and Attraction management. Well, have got to start studying for them cos those 3 modules sure require lots of memorizing and memory work, especially for QM. As of yet I haven't started studying yet but I'll be going over to dear's house tomorrow to study, where I'm sure dear will discipline me to not be distracted by the many distractions there are available. I'll just be distracted by the one big distraction that is my dear!

Ok anyway, as I mentioned in the previous post, I'm going to write about people who insult other people online via games or malicious messages in tagboards. Its been a commonly debatable topic this, about how people "bully" others online. But honestly speaking, where is the honor and to a certain extent, sense of gratification in insulting others online? Actually I was thinking about this topic for quite some time now and it just so happens that the other day while playing a online game called DOTA, I was insulted by another player whom I don't know, don't wish to know and whom I'm sure will not wish to know me now.

So what's so good about insulting others online? If you ain't got the guts to say it to the person's face and can only insult them via a game, then I feel quite sorry for you cause you really are quite a sorry piece of madonna arsewipe. Me, I always treat a game as it is. A game. I don't really care if I win or I lose. It won't affect my life in ANY way at all. But for these people who treat it so seriously and have to resort to name calling, family curses and run of the mill insults, you might as well cut yourself out from the real world and marry your computer and your game. And not to be stereotypical or anything but from LAN shops, I have observed that the people who usually do these name callings are either ah-beng wannabes with their golden dyed hair, bad sense of dressing and their print on tatoos. The othe group of people who commonly indulge in such entertainment are geeks and nerds, who wear thick spectacles, have greasy gelled long hair, are quite pimply and hunch when they walk. They might also be either plump or very fat.

Yes, not so tough sounding in real life now eh? I suppose this is why they have to resort to such things. To immerse themselves in games, where in there they are kings and pros, looking down on and insulting on those they call noobs. Well, the sad reality is that those noobs actually have a life. They do not spend all their time on the computer playing games and "noobs" do go out to have fun, create havoc in the real world and to live life as it is. I'm pretty glad I am classified as a noob, thank you very much.

Anyway, on to other stuff now. Went to Crystal Jade for dinner today. First time eating there, went with dear and her family. Not too bad the food there, and I had to eat a "hakkao?". I'm not sure of the spelling. You know, the prawn thingy. Well, I don't like prawns but dear forced me to eat it, in exchange for her eating more vegetables. Not a bad exchange deal for me I suppose, since I want dear to be healthy and fit as a fiddle.

It is nice to dream of the future at times. Sure, it is not clear how things will actually work out yet, but the dream and the eventual goal which I am working towards is wonderful and I really want to make it happen. I'll have to work hard to get a stable income to raise a happy family with dear and to provide them with a comfortable and good life. That sentence there, basically sums up my main objective and goal to which I'm working hard to. Sure, you might say its early days to be thinking of such stuff but at least, with this in mind, I have a clearer direction in life, towards happiness for both dear and myself.

The dream will last till it becomes reality.

And long may that reality last.

Goodnight everybody!
